The Commonwealth Standards Project is a Kentucky-based public information and civic affairs initiative dedicated to promoting transparency, accountability, professional standards, and informed public engagement.
Its mission is to collect, preserve, organize, and disseminate public-interest information, oversight resources, official records, and educational materials related to government, public safety, ethics, and public institutions.
The project particularly seeks to support communities with limited local media coverage by improving public access to factual information, official records, oversight resources, and issues affecting public trust and institutional accountability.
Transparency • Accountability • Integrity
The Commonwealth Standards Project envisions informed and engaged communities supported by transparent institutions, ethical leadership, professional standards, and accessible public information.
Its long-term vision is to serve as a trusted repository and dissemination platform for public-interest information, oversight resources, accountability materials, and civic education — particularly in communities where local media coverage and institutional transparency may be limited.
